Jefferson Matters invites residents and visitors to spend a summer afternoon enjoying live music, neighborhood charm, and time outside during Porch Fest on Sunday, July 12, beginning at 1:30 pm.
Porch Fest is a laid-back, walkable music event that brings live performances to front porches throughout Jefferson. With five performances at different locations, attendees are encouraged to stroll through the neighborhood, enjoy a variety of musical styles, and experience the community in a unique and welcoming way.
The 2026 Porch Fest lineup includes:
–1:30 p.m. – Kathryn Fox | 608 S. Chestnut Street
–2:30 p.m. – Ryne Doughty | 618 S. Vine Street (newest update)
–3:30 p.m. – Patresa Hartman | 600 S. Vine Street
–4:30 p.m. – Cedar County Cobras | 406 S. Wilson Avenue
–5:30 p.m. – Stranger than Fiction | 201 E. Lincoln Way (Thomas Jefferson Gardens)
Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs, gather with friends and family, and move from porch to porch at their own pace throughout the afternoon.
The event concludes with the final performance at Thomas Jefferson Gardens, providing a beautiful setting to wrap up the day. Porch Fest offers a relaxing way to experience live music while exploring Jefferson. Porch Fest is free to attend and open to all ages.
Food trucks will also be available downtown during the final performance, offering attendees the opportunity to grab dinner or a treat while enjoying the music. Participating vendors include Lucky Wife Wine Slushies, Lloyd’s Feed Wagon, Kate’s Kookies, and Weinie Wonderland.
Porch Fest is organized by the Jefferson Matters Tower View Team, a volunteer team dedicated to bringing art and unique experiences to Jefferson. Special thanks to Jefferson Telecom for sponsoring this year’s event.
